All orders placed on Abelgloss are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. This processing time may be slightly longer during busy periods such as sales or holiday seasons.

Standard shipping within France takes approximately 2 to 5 business days. An express shipping option is also available with a delivery time of 24 to 48 hours. For international orders, delivery times generally range from 5 to 10 business days depending on the destination country. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout, and free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain amount.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your delivery in real time.

If you experience any issues upon receiving your package (damaged parcel, missing items, etc.), please contact us promptly and include a photo of the package if possible. If your order appears delayed, don’t hesitate to reach out so we can investigate with the carrier.
